Internet Network

Basically you will need to set up a wireless/wire access point for either your laptop or desktop. You need a wireless switch/router. You purchase from any shop wireless router. Plug the modem into the wireless router. Now you have 2 options. Depending on what your uses are most people just connect the Wireless router to their desktop with an Ethernet cable because it is stationary and then your laptop should have built in wireless card in it so you should be able to connect without being directly connected to the router by wire. If you do not have a wireless card for your laptop you can buy one and you can also buy one for your desktop. So you have lots of options, but they key would be to buy a wireless router and then hook it up anyway you like.
