Configure Outlook 2007/2010 with Gmail account:-
Step:1.
Open your Gmail account=>go to tools=>mail settings
Step:2.
Click forwarding and POP/IMAP
Enable POP in your email account. Don’t forget to click Save Changes when you’re done.
Step:3.
Open Outlook.
Click the Tools menu, and select Account Settings…
Step:4.
On the E-mail tab, click New…
If you are prompted to Choose E-mail Service, select Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP, and click Next.
Fill in all necessary fields to include the following information:
Your Name: Enter name as you would like it to appear in the from: field of outgoing messages.
Email Address: Enter full Gmail email address (abcde…@gmail.com). Google Apps users, enter address in the format “abcde…@gmail.com.”
Password: Enter your email password.
Don’t check Manually configure server settings or additional server types option: Leave this option unchecked if you want to automatically configure Outlook 2007.
Step:5.
Click Next please wait complete proses then show finish option.
Click finish option.
